The Staff Technical
Advisory Committee (STAC) meeting will be held twice per month.
At this regularly scheduled meeting, representatives from the
Planning Department, the Engineering Department and other relevant
government agencies will meet with applicants to formally discuss review
comments. Each major
development application will require at least one STAC review at each
stage of the approval process. The
Planning Director reserves the right to eliminate unnecessary STAC
reviews, as appropriate. Formal
staff comments will not be made available to the engineers/surveyors or
applicants until a STAC meeting is held
