PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Berkeley County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comments on the following projects:
PRELIMINARY PLAT REVIEW Bentwood, Section 5 The project proposes 49 single family lots on approximately 14 acres. The property is located on Laguna Road and Bently Drive, in the Mill Creek Tax District. Phil Cogar; applicant. File # 014-07.
PRELIMINARY PLAT REVIEW Riverside South The project proposes 20 single family lots, 386 townhomes, 319 multi-family condominiums, 330 apartments, and 3 commercial lots on approximately 127 acres. The property is located on the east side of Route 11, south of its' intersection with Interstate 81, in the Falling Waters Tax District. Rob Rotz; applicant. File # 70-05.
PRELIMINARY PLAT REVIEW - Beacon Hill The project proposes 174 single family lots and 2 flex lots on approximately 75.3 acres. The property is located approximately 2.5 miles east of Martinsburg on the north side of Route 45 between Greensburg Road and Fairview School Road, in the Opequon Tax District. The PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Monday, April 7, 2008, in the Planning Commission office, 400 West Stephen Street, in the City of Martinsburg at 7:00 p.m. All persons and agencies having an interest on said plats are invited to attend this hearing and make their comments known.
