PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Berkeley County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comments on the following projects:

PRELIMINARY PLAT REVIEW – Harvest Manor – The project proposes 116 single family lots and 81 townhomes on approximately 53 acres. The property is located on Thatcher Road, 1.5 miles south of Dry Run Road, in the Hedgesville Tax District. DLM, LLC; applicant. File # 005-06.

REQUEST FOR PLAN CHANGE – Cedar Heights, Phase 1 – The applicant is requesting a Plan Change to remove fifteen (15) townhouse lots and add seven (7) single family lots. The project is located on the south side of Route 34 (Nadenbousch Lane), approximately 1000 feet east of the intersection of Route 34/2 and Route 34, in the Arden Tax District. A&A Homes; applicant. File # 018-06.

The PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Monday, March 24, 2008, in the Planning Commission office, 400 West Stephen Street, in the City of Martinsburg at 7:00 p.m. All persons and agencies having an interest on said plats are invited to attend this hearing and make their comments known.

The files for these projects may be reviewed in the Office of the Planning Commission.
