Human Resources Professional
   

            The Berkeley County Commission is accepting applications for a Human Resources Professional for Berkeley County government.  The successful candidate will have a four year degree from an accredited college or university and five years progressive experience in Human Resources applications.  The position will be responsible for the review and revision of job descriptions for all county offices, the posting of advertisements for vacancies in county departments, screening of all applicants and participation in all interviews for job vacancies and the development of recommendations to the County Commission for hiring actions.  The position will manage and enforce all compliance issues that involve the Berkeley County policies and Salary Schedules and state and federal laws and regulations related to personnel and employment issues as well as the benefit package for all county employees.
