ANNOUNCEMENT
PART-TIME ASSISTANT
The Berkeley County Commission is accepting
applications for a part-time assistant in the Community Service
Program. Minimum
qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to
work well with a wide variety of people, physically able to perform
minor labor tasks, including, but not limited to, mowing lawns,
painting, and trash removal.
This position works with the Community Service
Director and is responsible for various tasks such as interviewing,
assigning, updating and closing cases on clients in the program and
communicating with attorneys, parole and probation agents, treatment
agencies and other adult Community Service Programs just to name a
few. The salary for this
position starts at $9.00 per hour.
This position will be subject to a criminal
background check. The
successful applicant must possess a valid WV driver’s license.

County Commission Office, 400 West Stephen Street, Suite 201,
Martinsburg, WV Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
