Re: New Bonding / HOA Procedures

Effective Monday, July 30, 2007; two (2) copies of Covenants & Restrictions and one (1) original and one (1) paper copy of the Bond (Letter of Credit) shall be submitted to the Planning Department office.

There is no longer a requirement to send a copy to our legal counsel, Patrick Henry.
